If you happen to be one of the non existing customers that is not satisfied with your order you have only 30 days after purchase to return the magnificent piece. That way it can find its forever home.

The product HAS to be in the same condition it was in prior to purchase.

The piece HAS to return wrapped in its protective wrapping.
It CAN NOT be damaged ANYWHERE! If the art piece returns damage a full refund WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Depending on the extent of damage a partial refund MAY be issued.

YOU are responsible for SAFELY packaging the art for the return. (If possible take pictures for YOUR protection.)
If the art is not damaged and is in the SAME condition it was in prior to purchase a FULL refund will be issued to the payment method used to purchase the item.
